An agency that speaks the language of its buyers

We have been based in Berlin-Friedrichshain since 2009, brokering residential and commercial properties throughout Germany. Our broker's licence under §34c GewO was granted by the responsible district office in March 2009.

What sets us apart from most agencies is simple yet effective: our team speaks five languages at native level. This allows us to reach buyers who would never see a purely German-language listing – and to guide them through a process that is rarely self-explanatory even for locals.

Buyers others don't reach

A significant share of our prospective buyers live abroad or arrived in Germany only a few years ago. These buyers do not search in German. We address them in their own language, from the property brochure to the contract declaration at the notary.

Discreet, when discretion is required

Over the years, a circle of registered prospective buyers at home and abroad has developed. We match many properties directly with them, without a listing on any portal. This is often the wish of owners whose property is rented out or who are selling as part of an inheritance.

Even from a distance

Viewing by video, power of attorney with apostille, sworn interpreter at the notary appointment: a purchase can be completed entirely without anyone having to travel to Germany. For buyers from abroad, this is the standard procedure, not the exception.

A dedicated point of contact

We are a small, personally run office. You will have the same contact person from your first inquiry through to the handover of keys – no changing responsibilities, no forwarding to a central office.

If you wish to sell

We are continually looking for properties in Berlin and throughout Germany on behalf of our buyers. The valuation is free of charge and non-binding; a commission is only due upon notarial certification. You decide whether we market broadly through the portals or offer the property exclusively to our registered prospective buyers.
