How the remote purchase works
- 1Video call: goals, budget, proof of funds. We compile suitable properties.
- 2Live video viewing and document review (land register, declaration of division, meeting minutes).
- 3Have the power of attorney notarised and apostilled at a notary or consulate in your country – we provide the templates.
- 4Notary appointment via authorised representative, payment of the purchase price upon the due notice, transfer of title in the land register, handover.
